*More On Guest Screening & Truvy: At our corporate rental business, guest vetting is a top priority to ensure the safety of our properties and community. We primarily host responsible guests such as travel nurses, families and corporate travelers.
Through Truvy, every guest must complete an identity verification process, including uploading a photo of the front and back of their ID and a selfie holding the ID. These records are securely stored for reference if needed by law enforcement or for guest accountability.
Truvy also conducts its own screening, checking for red flags such as sex offender status, and verifying the guest’s email and phone validity. This added layer of security gives us—and our property owners—peace of mind.
